1:36:12 PM Acting Chairman Skinner Call to Order. Present were Commissioners Skinner, Murdock, and White, Deputy County Attorney James Greenbaum, and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary. At the request of Chairman Murdock, Commissioner Skinner was Acting Chairman. Meeting was held at the Springhill Presbyterian Church. Introductions of County Staff, including Road & Bridge Superintendent Lee Provance.
1:37:52 PM Acting Chairman Skinner Public comment on any matters within the Commission's jurisdiction. Keith Castleberry requested a speed limit sign on Gee Norman Road for 35 mph.
1:39:05 PM Road & Bridge Superintendent Lee Provance Explained the speed limit process.
1:40:31 PM Acting Chairman Skinner Continued public comment. Kelli Aylor requested "No Dumping Penalty" signs erected at the Forest Access Road (Truman and Corbly Trailhead)
1:41:26 PM Road & Bridge Superintendent Lee Provance Explained a process in which an ordinance would have to be passed that would assess penalties and fines along with the authority to issue a citation.
